Discover our history and team

Our Origins and Sustainable Commitment

The project was first envisioned in November 2021 by Víctor Coquinche, a young professional and Kichwa entrepreneur, and was officially established on March 22, 2022. The foundational idea was simple but powerful: to collaborate directly with local farmers to improve the production of fine aroma cocoa within the Unión Venecia community.

Our operations are driven by strong socio-environmental convictions:

We ensure sustainable, deforestation-free management across every step of our process—from cultivation and harvesting to the post-harvest transformation of our fine aroma cacao products.
By focusing on direct marketing and fair pricing, we actively improve the living conditions of Kichwa farming families, valuing the strength of our joint community efforts.

Our mission

Offer artisanal organic agro products in the national and international markets, develop an alternative local economy with social and fair responsibility in the short, medium and long term through our sustainable projects, recognizing the input of our partners and implementing a socially responsible environmental permaculture concept, in addition to creating a culture of local consumption.

To be an association that generates inspiration for society, considering contribution through projects, scientific and cultural knowledge, in addition to the harmony of indigenous people, their traditions, the environment and create the awareness of Ecuadorian heritage regarding to the environmental, cultural and social impact.

Our team

The organization is formed 18 partners, consisting of amazonian family members and external contributors. Victor, Marilú and Christian were collectively elected as general directors and are always happy to answer any of your questions and cooperate!
